Terms of Service
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Ingenuity Labs website (ingenuitylabs.ca) and any services booked, purchased, or accessed through it, including the AI Readiness Score assessment, private AI training sessions, AI Coworking Sessions, workshops, and the Executive AI Adoption Workshop (together, the "Services"). Ingenuity Labs is operated by Rachel Krayenhoff, based in Victoria, British Columbia, Canada.
By using this website or booking any Service, you agree to these Terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the site or book a Service.
1. Who this applies to
These Terms apply to anyone who visits the website, submits a form (including the AI Readiness Score assessment or newsletter signup), books a call, purchases a private training session or package, registers for an AI Coworking Session or webinar, or engages Ingenuity Labs for organizational services such as the Executive AI Adoption Workshop or a related engagement.
2. Services offered
Ingenuity Labs provides AI education, training, and advisory services, including but not limited to: the free AI Readiness Score assessment and readiness calls; the Executive AI Adoption Workshop and related organizational engagements (Team Enablement Lab, Guided Implementation Sprint, Strategy & Governance Sprint, Advisory Retainer); private 1:1 AI training sessions for individuals, sold as single sessions or multi-session packages; AI Coworking Sessions and webinars for women entrepreneurs and professionals; and referrals to independently operated third-party programs, including AI Fundamentals (aiedge.training) and AI for Executives (aiforexecutives.ca).
3. Third-party programs
AI Fundamentals (AI Edge) and AI for Executives are operated by separate organizations under their own terms of service and privacy policies. When you click through to those sites, you leave the Ingenuity Labs website and their terms apply, not these. Ingenuity Labs may receive a referral benefit (such as a discount code or referral fee) for these programs, but is not the operator of those programs and is not responsible for their content, delivery, or policies.
4. Bookings, purchases, and payment
Private training sessions and packages are purchased through Stripe Payment Links. Payment is due at the time of booking unless otherwise agreed in writing. For session packages (3-session or 5-session), your first session must be booked within 30 days of purchase. Organizational engagements (such as the Executive AI Adoption Workshop) are booked following a readiness call and confirmed by separate written agreement, invoice, or service agreement, which will set out payment terms for that engagement.
5. Cancellations and rescheduling
You can reschedule or cancel a private session at no charge with at least 24 hours' notice before the scheduled start time. Cancellations or no-shows with less than 24 hours' notice are charged the full session fee and are not refunded or credited toward a future session.
6. Group sessions
Private training sessions may include up to five people from the same team or organization at no additional cost, as described on the AI for Women page. Bringing additional people means less individual time per person during the session; this is a shared, not multiplied, time allocation.
7. No professional advice
Ingenuity Labs provides AI education, training, and operational advisory services. Nothing provided through the Services constitutes legal, financial, tax, accounting, or other professional advice specific to your situation. You remain responsible for evaluating whether any AI tool, workflow, or recommendation is appropriate for your business, industry, and regulatory context, and for your own compliance obligations (including data privacy, employment, and industry-specific regulation).
8. Intellectual property
Rachel's frameworks, methodologies, session designs, prompt libraries, course materials, and the Ingenuity AI Operating Model and AI Adoption Pathway (and related named frameworks) remain the property of Ingenuity Labs. Work product created collaboratively during a session for your specific business (such as a custom workflow, document, or configuration built during a private session) belongs to you as the client, unless otherwise agreed in a separate written contract for organizational engagements.
9. Confidentiality
Information shared with Ingenuity Labs during sessions, calls, or assessments is treated as confidential and is not shared publicly (including as case studies, testimonials, or marketing content) without your express consent. See the Privacy Policy for how personal data is collected, used, and stored.
10. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Ingenuity Labs is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Services, including business decisions made based on AI tools, workflows, or training provided. Services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis.
11. Changes to these Terms
Ingenuity Labs may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the website or Services after changes are posted means you accept the updated Terms.
12. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of British Columbia, Canada.
